We can customize a group experience for your team with one-time or semi-regular projects that spark your interests. For planning purposes, groups are asked to contact us at least three (3) weeks in advance if they are interested in a special project. Due to Club schedules and facilities, we are not able to accommodate every group’s volunteer request.
Our Clubs are second homes and safe spaces for our members. Interior and exterior beautification projects are essential to the livelihood of the club. Help keep our Clubs beautiful with projects involving painting, gardening, clean-up, classroom organization, and other community projects.
Have Club members visit your workplace location. Provide a tour of your workplace, conduct a Q&A session, or break into smaller groups to discuss career paths. Help with resumes, interview preparation, and employable skills. Or, visit one of our Clubs and speak about career advancement knowledge, workplace perspective, and career path.
Help at BGCRRVOK community events, leading Club members and families through activities, running game booths and tables, and assisting with event set-up and clean-up. Examples: Crystal Ball, 5K for Futures & Color Run, Snow Ball, Back to School Bash, etc.
Host a field day at one of our Clubs for a fun day outside. Use our equipment or bring your own to play kickball, soccer, basketball, flag football, and more! Our members are always excited to play outdoors with volunteer groups!
Host a goods drive to help provide our members and families with back-to-school supplies, holiday gifts, healthy snacks, hygiene items, sports equipment, and more.
Engage with our youth by helping with our after school and summer programming activities! Hold an art class, teach a STEM project, host a book club, cook a meal, or customize a project based on your group’s interests and skills! Our members love to learn, and we would love to work with your group on a project that aligns with our core focus areas in Academic Success, Character and Leadership Development, Healthy Lifestyles, and Workforce Development.
If your organization is unable to volunteer, but would like to still support BGCRRVOK, we are always looking for new partnerships. Learn more about partnership opportunities by emailing our Director of Development: hjmcdonald@bgcrrvok.org.
